Mission & Safety

What does "Actually Clean" mean to beecee.

At beecee, we know that not all clean is created equal. “Actually clean” isn’t a vibe, it’s a methodology. beecee follows the same rigorous ingredient safety standards developed by Counter (i.e. the Blueprint for Clean™). Every ingredient we use is screened against the best available science for potential health concerns, including carcinogenicity, reproductive harm, endocrine activity, organ toxicity, and more. This evaluation is conducted in-house by a team of scientists who specialize in human health, not cosmetic chemistry alone. Learn more about the Standard at counter.com/thestandard.

What is The Never List ®?

The Never List® is the list of ingredients prohibited from use in our product formulations. It's currently made up of over 3,300+ potentially harmful or questionable ingredients that we don't use. Originally created in 2013 by our Founder, Gregg Renfrew, The Never List® became one of the most recognizable, widely-used elements of the modern day clean beauty movement. It remains the original, industry-leading prohibited ingredient list—much more than simply a worst-offenders list. Learn more about The Never List® at Counter.com/thestandard.

What third-party programs and certifications does beecee participate in?

beecee currently participates in the following third-party programs and certifcations: Responsibly Sourced Palm Oil (RSPO) Certification, Leaping Bunny and How2Recycle.

  • RSPO Certification: Administered by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), we are proud to be RSPO Supply Chain Certified. Our commitment to the program reflects a recognition of the significance of palm to our products and our industry, and the importance of ensuring that palm feedstocks are grown in a manner that prioritizes environmental protection (e.g., does not lead to deforestation, protects biodiversity including endangered species), labor and human rights (e.g., fair treatment of workers), and economic benefits to local communities.
  • Leaping Bunny: Leaping Bunny Certification is a brand-wide seal that signifies we don’t commission or conduct animal testing on our products or product ingredients.
  • How2Recycle: How2Recycle provides standardized, product-specific recycling and disposal guidance to help consumers understand how to properly dispose of our packaging.
What is beecee's approach to packaging sustainability?

beecee evaluates packaging materials for both safety and sustainability as part of our packaging standards. We consider factors including material composition, recyclability, and end-of-life options when making packaging decisions. You can find specific recycling instructions (How2Recycle) on each product page.

Where can I find the ingredient list for a product?

beecee is 100% transparent about the ingredients used in our products. You can find the full ingredient list in three places: on the product packaging or carton, on each product page under ingredients and on our ingredients page.

Are beecee products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many beecee products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. That said, everyone's skin is different — so we always recommend a patch test before adding something new to your routine. We encourage those with allergies to consult a doctor prior to use. If you have specific concerns, Customer Support is happy to help you find your fit.

What does "clean" actually mean?

Currently, "clean" can mean anything that a brand wants it to mean in the beauty industry. There is no standard definition from a legal, industry, or regulatory perspective. We define "clean" as the unique combination of high performance and safety in our products. No BS, just beecee. beecee follows the clean standard developed by Counter. Learn more at counter.com/thestandard.

Are beecee products cruelty-free?

Yes. We don't test on animals — ever. We're Leaping Bunny certified, which is a brand-wide seal that covers both our products and our ingredients. The seal means that all finished products and ingredients meet the Leaping Bunny Corporate Standard of Compassion for Animals. You'll see the symbol on our product pages.

Are beecee products recyclable?

Recyclability varies by product and packaging component. Currently, our shipping boxes and product cartons are recyclable through many curbside programs, while much of our product packaging is not curbside recyclable due to size. This is why we partner with How2Recycle, so you know exactly what to do with your product once you're done using it. Check the product-specific disposal guidance for information on how to responsibly dispose of each component on your product's packaging on or on the individual product page.

beecee Rec Club

What is the beecee Rec Club?

The beecee Rec Club is an opportunity to make money as part of our community. Our club is structured as an affiliate model: share what you love and meet people you like, and if you want, turn great recs into equally great commission. No follower minimums. Learn more about the Rec Club here. If you aren't interested in joining the Rec Club, no problem. Learn more about other connection opportunities through TYB below.

What is a Rec Club member, and how do I become one?

A Rec Club member is anyone who's joined the club. We don't have a type, and we're not creeping on your follower count — if you like what we're doing and want in, you're in. Apply here; and you'll get a notification once you're in. From there, you'll get your unique link and dashboard.

Can I be a loyalty member on TYB and a Rec Club member?

Yes — the two run independently. Personal purchases earn coins through TYB loyalty; sales as a Rec Club member earn commission. Do one, both, or neither.

Is Rec Club an MLM (multi-level-marketing) model?

No. You earn commissions on your own sales. No downlines, no recruitment quotas, no requirement to bring in other sellers.

How do I start sharing through the Rec Club?

Once you're approved, you get a unique link to share your recs. When someone clicks and places an order, you earn a commission.

What commission do I earn?

In the Rec Club, you earn 25% on every sale made through your link, with a $50 bonus for every 10th sale. Commission is calculated on the value of the products, not on shipping or taxes. You will not make commission on any of your personal orders.

Do I earn commissions on subscription renewals?

Yes. As of October 1, 2026, in addition to the 25% you already earn, you’ll now earn 15% commission on subscription renewal orders when the original subscription was purchased using your Rec Club link.

Here’s how it works:
If someone starts a subscription through your link, you’ll earn 25%, as usual, on their first order.

If they keep their subscription going, you’ll now earn 15% on every renewal. Each renewal order will now also count towards your $50 bonus, included with every 10th sale.

Is there a maximum I can earn?

No cap. For every sale made through your Rec Club link, you will earn commission. Additionally, for every 10th sale made through your link, you get a $50 bonus. There is no cap to the amount of bonuses you can earn.

What kind of bonuses are available in the Rec Club?

A free full-size product after your first sale, plus a $50 bonus for every 10 sales.

Are there cookies associated with my link?

Yes — and ours have a long shelf life. 90 days, to be exact. If somebody clicks your link and comes back to buy months later, you still earn the commission on that sale. None of that 7-day BS. One heads up: if someone opens your link inside a social app and then switches browsers, it may not follow them over — encourage your community to bookmark your link or storefront for future purchases.

Do I get a personal discount as a Rec Club member?

Rec Club members don't receive a personal discount — but you do earn commissions, bonuses, and ongoing rewards through the program, including the chance to earn free product.

How do I track my sales and commissions?

We keep it simple — log into your account (powered by Superfiliate) to see clicks, track sales, and watch your earnings add up. So user-friendly, your dad could do it. Bookmark beecee.superfiliate.com/portal for easy access, or find it anytime in the navigation on beecee.com.

When someone places an order using my link, what information can I see?

For legal reasons, certain customer info stays private. Your dashboard shows your sales, commissions, and bonus progress, not who's on the other end of the order.

Does beecee offer retroactive attribution of orders for Rec Club?

No. For a purchase to be credited to you, your customer needs to shop through your unique Rec Club link and be connected to you when they place their order. The platform that powers beecee Rec Club doesn't allow orders to be attached to your link after the fact, so if a purchase has already been completed without that connection, we aren't able to go back and add or change the attribution.

To make sure you get credit, have your customer shop straight from your Rec Club link and look for your name at checkout before completing their purchase. If your name is there, they're connected to you and good to go!

Can I stop participating in the Rec Club?

Of course. Just stop sharing your link — no action needed. To fully deactivate your account, reach out to Customer Support at support@beecee.com.

When and how do I get paid?

Every month, on the 15th — no threshold to hit first. Payouts run through Lumanu, our payments partner. Before you can get paid, you must complete your tax information and a verified withdrawal method — bank account (ACH), debit card, or PayPal (all validated through Plaid for security). You won't be able to access your earnings until both are done; Lumanu will email you when your first payment is sent, and send a reminder if you haven't finished setup by then. No fees taken out along the way — beecee covers Lumanu's transaction fee, so your commission is yours, in full. If you need support, reach out to support@lumanu.com.

Will I receive a 1099?

Yes to both. Lumanu collects your tax information during onboarding and handles 1099-K filing for Rec Club members. Lumanu is SOC 2 Type 1 & Type 2 certified and GDPR compliant, with all banking details verified through Plaid.
